Ward off vampires this halloween with this spooky cheesy garlic bread. It couldn’t be easier, kids and grown ups love it.
Spooky cheesy garlic bread
1 French bread loaf
1/2 cup of quite soft butter, or margarine
2 garlic cloves crushed
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
3 ounces mozzarella cheese (about half a small block)
Candy eyeballs (often found at dollar stores)

1 French bread loaf
1/2 cup of quite soft butter, or margarine

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350f
- Slice the French bread loaf lengthwise in half, so you have the top and bottom of the loaf.
- In a small bowl combine, butter, garlic, and grated parmesan.
- Spread equally on each half of the bread.
- Slice the mozzarella into a little thicker than a matchstick sized pieces. Place them in X shapes on your bread.
- Bake for 10 mins on a baking sheet, then turn the oven to broil for 2-3 minutes.
- Slice and place candy eyeballs.
