- In a large bowl lightly combine all dry ingredients with a fork. In a separate bowl combine all wet ingredients stirring vigorously to combine. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix with a light hand until just combined and lumpy.
- Heat a frying pan with a little butter to medium low heat and pour about 1/2cup of batter to make each pancake, fry until bubbles appear on top, flip and fry until golden brown and cooked through. Serve with butter, maple syrup and sliced bananas if desired.
