Recipe Steps
- Preheat oven to 375f
- Spray loaf pan with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl using a fork combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt cinnamon, and spices. Set aside.
- In another medium bowl, whisk wet ingredients until combined.
- Add wet mixture to dry, using a rubber spatula, combine gently. Fold in chocolate chips, being careful not to over mix.
- Pour into prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
