To make syrup:
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 camomile tea bags
For bowl:
Plain yogurt of choice (I used oat)
Handful of pitted cherries
2 sliced strawberries

- In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water, bring to a boil over medium high heat, stiring frequently until sugar is dissolved.
- Remove from heat, add tea bags, cool completely.
- Pour into a mason jar with tea bags, and refrigerate for at least 30 mins. Remove tea bags. (will keep in fridge for days or even weeks)
- Assemble bowls with yogurt, cherries, strawberries, topping with 1-2 tablespoons of camomile syrup.
