Recipe Steps
- Preheat oven 350f.
- Spray bundt pan with cooking spray, set aside.
- In a large bowl mixing with a fork, add flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves, allspice. Set aside.
- In the bowl of mixer, (or with hand mixer) mix sugar and butter, add 1 egg at a time, mix until incorporated, add applesauce, juice, and vanilla, mixture will be loose and curdled looking.
- Pour into dry ingredients, using a spatula combine ingredients lightly, and pour into prepared bundt pan. Bake for 50-55 minutes.
- Turn cake out onto baking rack to cool. In a small bowl combine sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over cooling cake.
