1 apple sliced (I used Sunrise)
1/2 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp cinnamon
small pinch of nutmeg
1/2 tbsp maple syrup (plus more for drizzling)
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup walnuts

- In a small sauté pan, melt the butter, scatter the apples on top, and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg, sauté for 3-4minutes until starting to soften, but not falling apart, add syrup and cook for an additional minute. Pull off heat while preparing bowls.
- Split the yogurt in half into two bowls, top with warm apples, and walnuts. Drizzle with a little more maple syrup.
