- If using a molcajete, start by smashing the garlic, then adding a tablespoon of green onion, half the cilantro, and continue crushing until mashed, add avocado and lime, mash until combined, and top with remaining green onion, feta, bacon, cilantro, salt and pepper.
- If using a bowl, crush garlic into bowl, add green onion, half the cilantro, lime, avocados, and cut with 2 knives crosswise until combined, top with toppings, and salt and pepper.
