1/2 lime juiced
1/4 peanut butter
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
sesame oil
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp ginger minced
1 garlic clove minced
Salad
4 cups cabbage sliced
2 cups chopped romaine
2 green onion sliced
2 carrots cut into strips (julienne)
1 red pepper cut into strips
1 cup cashews
2 cups dry chow mein noodles
Chopped cilantro

Recipe Steps
- Place all dressing ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth.
- Salad- gather 4 bowls or plates. Place 1 cup cabbage in each, top with 1/2 cup romaine, a sprinkle of green onion, carrots, red pepper, 1/4 cup cashews, 1/2 cup chow mien noodles, and drizzle with dressing. Add chopped cilantro if desired.
