- Preheat oven to 375f. Butter 2 ramekins. Crack two eggs into each ramekin, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with cheese and herbs. Place ramekins in a baking dish, and pour hot tap water halfway up the sides. Bake 5-7 minutes for a runny yoke, longer if desired.
