It doesn't get any better than this! Makes 2 loaves.
Main Ingredients
2 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cardamon
1 cup butter room temperature
2 cups sugar
5 - 6 ripe bananas
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 butter room temperature whipped
1 tbsp marmalade

Recipe Steps
- Preheat oven 350f Spray two loaf pans with cooking spray and set aside.
- In a medium bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, and cardamon, set aside.
- In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine butter and sugar until light and fluffy about 3 minutes, add bananas and eggs, and continue to blend until combined, and bananas are mashed completely.
- Pour dry ingredients into the wet and mix until just combined, using a spatula scoop batter into prepared loaf pans. Bake for 60 minutes, or until firm to the touch. Cool completely on rack. Freezes well for up to 3 months.
- To serve slice into 1inch slices, and lightly grill on a grill pan. Top with butter and marmalade.
