Main IngredientsBeef mixture
2 lbs ground beef
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp chipotle powder
few grinds of pepper
For burritos
flour tortillas
2 cups grated cheddar
2 cups chopped iceberg
1 tomato 1/4 inch sliced
sour cream
green onion diced
taco sauce (El Paso mild)

For burritos

Recipe Steps
- Brown beef in a large skillet, add seasonings and continue to cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Making one burrito at a time, place tortilla down on surface, in centre place 1/3 cup beef mixture, topping with 1/4 cup cheese, 1/2 cup chopped lettuce, 2 slices tomato, 3 dollops of sour cream, 1 tsp green onion, and drizzle with 1 tbsp taco sauce. Fold up burrito style, and microwave for 20 seconds. Serve with additional taco sauce for dipping to get the authentic mall food taste. Continue for remaining burritos, freezing any leftover meat mixture for nachos!
