I love to keep these in the freezer and pull them out as needed.

- Prepare baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, using an ice cream scoop, or half cup measuring cup form patties, and place on baking sheet. Freeze, and transfer frozen patties to ziplock bags. Good for up to 3 months in the freezer.
- When ready to cook, fry over medium low, until cooked through.
