1 cup quick oats
1/2 cup hazelnuts chopped
1/4 vegetable oil
1/4 cup honey

(or store bought)
1/2 tsp orange zest
1/2 orange juiced
1/2 orange sliced and peeled
1 cup plain yogurt

1/2 tsp orange zest
1/2 orange juiced
1/2 orange sliced and peeled
1 cup plain yogurt
Recipe Steps
- Preheat over to 350f.
- Spread parchment paper over a large baking sheet.
- Granola- In a large bowl combine oats, hazelnuts, oil, and honey, spread onto prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring once or twice with a metal spatula or spoon, watch carefully near the end to be sure it doesn't burn. Pull from oven as sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Set aside to cool.
- Stir the orange juice into the plain yogurt, and split into 2 bowls, top with 1/3 cup fig jam, one slice of orange, and 1/4 cup of the granola, top with a sprinkling of the zest.
