A great lunch any time of the year
Main Ingredients
Dressing
3 tbsp honey
1 1/2 tbsp rice. wine vinegar
1 tsp dijon
1/8 tsp sesame oil
Pinch of salt
Frozen or leftover chicken finger cooked, warm, and sliced.
Salad
1 cups chopped romaine
1 cup cabbage
1 carrot shredded
1/2 red pepper sliced
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/4 dried chow mein
1 green onion sliced

1/2 red pepper sliced
1/4 cup sliced almonds

- In a small jar mix all dressing ingredients, and shake vigorously. In a large bowl place romaine, cabbage, carrot, and peppers. Top with chicken, almonds, chow mein, green onion. Drizzle with dressing.
