- Place goat cheese in a small bowl. Finely chop green onion (trimming off ends), garlic clove, parsley, (Alternatively place in a chopper). Stir into goat cheese, adding salt and pepper. Using a tablespoon, or a small ice cream scoop scoop out mixture, and roll between hands into smooth balls.
- I served them with onion jam (amazing), but any preserve would really take this to the next level
