1/2 tsp salt
1 small apple peeled and diced

Recipe Steps
- Quinoa- in a medium saucepan add 1 3/4 cup water, and quinoa, bring to boil, lower to simmer, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes, then pull off the heat, and let sit for 5 additional minutes, fluff with a fork, and cool.
- In a small bowl or cup, add dressing ingredients, whisk, and set aside.
- In a large bowl combine quinoa, the rest of the salad ingredients, and top with dressing, mix until all incorporated. Add extra seasonings of salt and pepper before serving.
