Main Ingredients
1 pound rigatoni
3 Italian sausages, casing removed
3 garlic cloves crushed
1 pound broccolini cut into bitesized pieces
salt and pepper
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp lemon zest
1/2 cup parmesan cheese or grana padano grated for serving
red pepper flakes optional

Recipe Steps
- Cook pasta according to andante directions on package. Meanwhile in a large pot over medium heat, cook sausage breaking up with wooden spoon, about 5 minutes, add garlic and cook for additional minute. Add broccolini, and 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, cook for 3 minutes. Add butter and drained pasta, stir to combine, divide into bowls, top with lemon zest, and parmesan. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
