- Preheat oven to 350f Remove casing from sausage, and brown in a skillet, breaking up with a wooden spoon, about 5 minutes. Lay pita on a baking sheet, top with sausage, feta, tomatoes, parmesan, rosemary, and finally a light sprinkling of red pepper flakes, and salt. Bake for about 8 minutes.
