Recipe Steps
- Preheat oven to 350f
- In an oven safe/stove top dish heat olive oil over medium low heat, add onions and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add carrot, celery, and garlic, sauté for 5 more minutes, add mushrooms, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with rosemary, add tomatoes, soy sauce, and Worcestershire, stir until combined, bring to a simmer.
- Place in oven for 1 hour until mixture is thick and rich.
- Serve over toasted baguette, and sprinkle with feta, and celery leaves.
